If I remember right the main thing holding that up right now is
Radius. Apparently, the Array.join semantics changed and Radius needs
to be updated to reflect that. I don't know of any other issues, but I
haven't tried to run Radiant on 1.9 yet.

Would definitely accept pull requests on either project that would
make it 1.9 compatible.
