Banane,
I'm not sure if your following the work we are doing on Radiant Themes http://github.com/sbmsuite/radiant-site_theme-extension
But we've agreed we should first develop a "theme" standard for radiant. Once we have the standard, I was going to start work on developing Wordpress migrator. I wasn't aware of Jim's work on this already. I'd be happy to work on this with you. Although I would really like to postpone working on migrating wordpress thems until we can make a little more progress with radiant-site_theme extension.
What do you think?

OK I've spent the morning remembering how Radiant works after a monht
doing iPhone stuff, ha. I'm ready to get dirty working on ....
Wordpress Migrator (thanks to Jim for getting it started). Any
requests as I dive into this?

I'm thinking:
First priority is to get this to work in one rake task, sequentially.
Most of this code base is moving the data over.
I'm not sure how to tackle migrating the CSS/front end in, as well as
the sidebar.
Widgets may be more of a "reporting what widges you are using" than
actually mapping them.
